No shortcuts here. You’re getting fresh ground beef. It starts with a chick roll and is ground by yours truly — twice to get the ultra fine texture. Fresh onions, Stanislaus tomatoes and paste, tons of herbs, and a few of Aunt Patty’s secret ingredients. All of that gets simmer for four hours before being packed up and ready to deliver to your door. 16oz. Serves 3 to 4.
