16fl oz of Good Sauce. There are all kinds of “mother” sauces and this is one for me. I use it for everything pasta and pizza related. I simmer tomatoes with a little salt and sugar and then make a garlic oil by simmering lots of garlic and red chili flakes. Everything gets strained then emulsified. I use it as a stand alone pasta sauce (just add a little reserved pasta water). I also use it for all of my pizzas. It’s great if you add meat to it, but my favorite is to sear off meatballs, then put them in the sauce with little dollops on top, and bake them to finish.
Cut off for Saturday delivery is Friday at 8am. Cut off for Wednesday delivery is Tuesday at 8am.
